The range of TM robots includes four models of different sizes and capacities. The two smaller models are called TM5-700, which has an outreach of 700 mm and a maximum load of 6 kg, and TM5-900, with a radius of 900 mm and a maximum load of 4 kg. The two larger sizes are called TM12 (radius 1,300 mm and load 12 kg) and TM14 (radius 1,100 mm and load 14 kg).

Such a range allows you to create the most varied applications, from pick-and-place to assembly, from palletizing to testing, but also gluing, screwing, sanding, deburring and machine tending.

These are the same applications in which traditional robots can also be used but, where it is possible to exploit the peculiarities and advantages of a collaborative robot, the choice of the latter is certainly cheaper and therefore winning, thanks to the possibility of human-machine collaboration, a graphical and intuitive programming mode, low maintenance costs and the large availability of integrated hardware and software solutions available on the market.

Techman has in fact created TM Plug & Play, a platform of products made by partner companies, which can be easily and immediately integrated with TM robots, which includes an enormous variety of hardware and software solutions, such as grippers and other gripping systems, screwing or sanding systems, force / torque sensors, protective coatings, cable support systems, communication modules, robot kinematics simulation applications and much more. These are products optimized and tested to be used in combination with TM robots, in order to reduce the development time and costs of any application.
